The Office of Apprenticeship presents this performance and reporting workshop that focuses on Participant Individual Layout (PIRL) data elements. Programmatic, reporting, and performance staff will gain a better understanding of the data elements collected by apprenticeship grants.

Grantees managing the Apprenticeship State Expansion (ASE), State Apprenticeship Expansion (SAE2020), State Apprenticeship Expansion, Equity, and Innovation (SAEEI), and Youth Apprenticeship Readiness Grants (YARG) grants should attend this event to gain better understanding of  data elements in the PIRL required to be collected for reporting and performance purposes. Topics to be discussed include 1) special reporting requirements; 2) definitions; 3) coding tips; 4) collection rationale; and 5) other information.  Grantee leadership, programmatic, reporting, and performance staff will benefit from this event.  Attendees are encouraged to bring questions, as time will be allotted for a question and answer segment.
