- Outreach and Recruitment of Potential Apprentices
- Retaining Apprentices in Registered Apprenticeship Programs (RAP)

Additionally, the Apprenticeship Building America Technical Assistance program (ABA TA) is available to grantees as they move through the stages of RAP implementation and is based on a comprehensive assessment of grantee needs using effective assessment tools that measure learning objectives and foundational strengths. ABA Coaching and TA can develop from a variety of places, including grantee identified needs, assessed needs, anticipated needs, performance issues, cross-cutting needs from many grantees, and emerging needs, such as those that occur as implementation progresses.
