Attached is a one-page document published by the Department of Labor's (DOL) Employment and Training Administration explaining the DOL's requirements around open licensing and intellectual property. It details the requirement of all competitive grant awardees to contribute to and build upon the growing body of open educational resources, including digital content, by openly licensing all grant-funded work under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license as well as relevant information.
